• When was Undertone first created?
The site's official "opening" was sometime in mid-2004. I don't know the "exact" date, as my updates, at the time, were unscheduled/sporadic due to school, work, and personal matters. And since "anniversaries" and "milestones" are irrelevant (i.e. to me), I pay very little attention to times and/or dates.

• How often do you update?
My updates happen in spurts, for no particular reason. Mostly, it depends on my mood. I've undergone a promotion at work, so my job occupies 75% of my time. I try to remain consistent with updates, but it really is anyone's guess as to when I'll find motivation to do so. HOWEVER, I respond to all e-mails immediately (i.e. within a day's time), so please feel free to drop me a line if you have questions or suggestions regarding the shrine.

• Why "manga Sesshoumaru only?"
Because the anime Sesshoumaru blows. His character is ruthless/cruel in the manga—particularly the earlier volumes—but in the anime, he's nothing but fashionable eyecandy. Not to mention the anime completely skews and/or alters important events and/or storylines regarding Sesshoumaru, usually for the worse. To me, this is a complete bastardization of both the character and the series, which is why I refrain from using anime references in the shrine's content.

• Why is Kagura included in the profiles?
Although a member of Naraku's "gang," Kagura is decidedly a "Sesshoumaru Supporter," and the object of Sesshoumaru's "affections"—a term I use VERY loosely—in recent volumes. She is closely affiliated with Sesshoumaru—and thus, his party—which is why I've clumped her into the core of the shrine. I'm also appalled by the SesshoumaruxKagome, SesshoumaruxInuyasha, and any other equally absurd SesshoumaruxWhomever pairings littering the fandom. That, and apart from Rin and Kikyo, she's the only interesting female in the "Inuyasha" universe.

• May I submit fanfiction/fanart to Undertone?
Fanart, so long as it pertains to the theme of the shrine (i.e. Sesshoumaru, Rin, Kagura, etc.), IS acceptable. I am NOT, however, accepting fanfiction submissions at this time. I'm picky when it comes to pairings, characterization, language, and so on and so forth. This may change in the future, but for now, the fanfiction archive is closed for submissions.
